Scott and I would like to open our new beach house to family and friends. The house is located on Ocean Isle Beach NC on the West end. It is an easy walk to beach access and has a beautiful view of the marsh and sunsets. The OLD SANDBAR has 5 bedrooms 5 1/2 baths, private pool, Tiki bar, outdoor shower, smart flat screen TVs in all rooms, elevator (which may or may not be available), WIFI is available and much more.

OLD SANDBAR has a reverse floor plan up the stairs to top floor you will find our beautiful kitchen, dining and living room area with a beautiful view of the marsh across the street. The Kitchen has a sleek modern look that is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, microwave, coffeepot or k-cup coffee maker available. We have a very large island that is great to hang out at as well as having bar stools for extra seating. The dinning room table seats 10 you will have a nice view from the table of the marsh while enjoying your meal. You will find living room area with 60 inch flat screen smart TV, sleeper sofa that is very comfortable, the sofa folds out to a queen size bed. Comfortable recliner and chair to enjoy while watching TV. Also on top floor you will find the master bedroom with king size bed an en-suite bathroom with double sinks and tiled walking shower. You will also find a second bedroom with a Queen size bed and a tiled shower.

When you walk downstairs you will find a very comfortable and inviting den with a very comfy sofa and chairs as well as its very own mini bar and mini fridge. Just off to the side you have the half bath which is great to use when you are enjoying the pool and need to go as we have steps that come up from pool area to the laundry room and the half bath this way you don't have to into bed rooms. Laundry room has washer and dryer as well as drying rack area. On this floor you will find 3 more bedrooms one being another master with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with tiled walk in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed en-suite shower/tub combination and the third bedroom has 2 full size beds with en-suite bath shower/tub combination. There is a blow up queen size mattress and playpen in the closet of this room as there is plenty of room to create an extra sleeping room area if needed. All 5 bed rooms have sliding glass doors that you can access the porches from as well as the dinning area. You can access the porches from the living room and Den as well. On the ground floor is the private pool that is unattended so we ask no one under 16 without an adult please keep all gates closed and please watch you little ones. There is a Tiki Bar with mini fridge by the pool! You will find outdoor shower to use when done on the beach and before entering pool. We have a locked closet that you will find a wagon to to help pull your chairs and sand toys to the beach. As well as a Blackstone grill and propane tank, we ask that if using grill to please clean after use treat as if it was yours and if tank is empty to please let us know or replace it. We do have a few beach chairs but being this is new home we have not acquired a lot of them as of yet. Parking you can easily fit 5 cars in driveway no parking on street.
